By using the site you agree to these terms.
Spotlight generates a free marketing analysis of a business based on publicly available data. Reports are informational estimates, not guarantees of results. Paid services you purchase from MMG are governed by the applicable service agreement at checkout.
You agree to enter only businesses you own or are authorized to evaluate, to provide accurate contact information, and not to misuse the site (no scraping, interference, reverse engineering, or unlawful use).
When you request a report or consultation you may be contacted by MMG using the details you provide. Text messaging is governed by our SMS Terms; consent to texts is optional and not a condition of purchase.
The site, reports, and all content are owned by MMG or its licensors. Your report is for your business use; do not resell or republish it.
The site and reports are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MMG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, and our total liability shall not exceed one hundred dollars.
