Moss Marketing Group Spotlight alerts.
When you request a free Spotlight marketing audit or a demo at mmg-spotlight.netlify.app and check the consent box, Moss Marketing Group ("MMG") sends you text messages about your audit report: a link to your results and PDF, follow-up on the findings, scheduling for your free consultation, and occasional related offers from MMG.
How you opt in
Consent is collected on our website only, through an optional, unchecked-by-default checkbox that accompanies the form where you enter your phone number. The exact language shown at the point of collection:
The fine print
Message frequency: varies; typically 2 to 6 messages after you request a report, then occasional updates. No more than 10 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
Opt out any time: reply STOP to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at contact@mossmarketinggroup.com or 816-888-5677.
Consent is not a condition of purchase of any MMG product or service.
No third-party sharing: mobile opt-in data and phone numbers collected for SMS are used only by Moss Marketing Group and our messaging platform provider to deliver these messages. Mobile information is never shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
